Corpse Offense
 

Section 366/1 Whoever acts to satisfy his desire by using the genitals or their invasion of the genitals, anus, or the mouth of a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht or both.

Section 366/2 Whoever commits an indecent act on a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht or both.

Section 366/3 Any person without reasonable cause Damage, move, destroy, depreciate or make use of the corpse, parts of the corpse, the ashes or the ashes of the corpse. shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht or both.

Section 366/4 Whoever, by any means, insulting the corpse shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding five thousand baht or both.
